\n Kiln Loader Job Duties:\n
\n- \n
- Carefully load ceramic parts onto kiln trays and fixtures, making sure everything is placed correctly before firing. \n
- Check parts and materials for chips, cracks, or other damage before loading them into the kiln. \n
- Move and stage materials to keep production running smoothly throughout the day. \n
- Follow loading instructions and handle parts with care to help prevent damage during the firing process. \n
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe while following company procedures. \n
\n Kiln Loader Requirements:\n
\n- \n
- Some experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or a hands-on work environment is preferred. \n
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. \n
- Comfortable handling fragile parts with care and paying close attention to detail. \n
- Able to follow written instructions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work well with a team. \n
\n Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm (OT is required)\n
