\n Maintenance Manager Job Duties:\n
\n • Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including scheduling, performance, and development\n
\n • Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment uptime and reliability\n
\n • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across production equipment\n
\n • Partner with production and leadership to improve processes and reduce downtime\n
\n • Manage maintenance projects, vendors, and equipment installations\n
\n • Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives\n

\n Pay: $100,000 – $120,000/year DOE\n

\n Maintenance Manager Requirements:\n
\n • Bachelor’s degree required\n
\n • Strong experience in both mechanical and electrical systems\n
\n • Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment\n
\n • Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and plant operations\n
