Adelphi is seeking Paraprofessionals to provide student support services in a school -based setting located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. <\/span>

\n <\/span><\/span><\/div>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
\n <\/span><\/span><\/div>• Provide classroom, small -group, or one -on -one student support as assigned.<\/span>
\n <\/span><\/span><\/div>• Assist students with academic tasks, classroom routines, and participation in instructional activities.<\/span>
\n <\/span><\/span><\/div>• Support behavior management strategies under the direction of teachers or school staff.<\/span>
\n <\/span><\/span><\/div>• Help students transition safely between classrooms, activities, and school settings.<\/span>
\n <\/span><\/span><\/div>• Reinforce instructional directions and encourage student independence.<\/span>
\n <\/span><\/span><\/div>• Observe and report student concerns, incidents, or progress to appropriate school staff.<\/span>
\n <\/span><\/span><\/div>• Maintain confidentiality and follow all school policies and procedures.<\/span>
\n <\/span><\/span><\/div>• Adhere to the school’s code of conduct and professional expectations.<\/span>
\n <\/span><\/span><\/div>• Any other duties as assigned.<\/span>
