Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager for a 12-week assignment to oversee daily nursing operations, support clinical staff, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required

\n Experience supervising nursing staff and daily unit operations required
\n Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills required
\n Experience with staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination preferred
\n Knowledge of quality improvement, regulatory standards, and patient safety initiatives required
