Facilities Office Assistant
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite | Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Facilities Assistant to support daily office operations and workplace services. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, takes initiative, and provides outstanding customer service. The Facilities Assistant will help maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment while supporting employees, visitors, and facility needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Restock office, kitchen, pantry, and workplace supplies.
  • Coordinate lunch orders, catering, and meeting setups.
  • Assist with reception and front desk coverage as needed.
  • Respond to and track facilities-related requests.
  • Maintain conference rooms, common areas, kitchens, and break rooms.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with workstation setups, office moves, and onboarding preparations.
  • Support general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and document organization.
  • Operate and troubleshoot basic office equipment, including printers and copiers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, vendors, and visitors.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 + year of experience in facilities, office support, hospitality, reception, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift and move office supplies and assist with light facilities-related tasks.

Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
