\n*Responsibilities*\n
\n
\n* Perform mechanical inspections on trucks and trailers\n
\n* Conduct road tests to validate unit conditions\n
\n* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and safety issues\n
\n* Ensure compliance with DOT regulations\n
\n* Coordinate repairs with internal/external shops\n
\n* Evaluate drivers during road tests\n
\n* Track unit status and availability\n
\n* Document inspections and reports\n
\n
\n*Requirements*\n
\n
\n* Technical degree in Diesel Mechanics or related field\n
\n* 3–5 years of experience in fleet maintenance or inspections\n
\n* Knowledge of diesel systems, brakes, and transmissions\n
\n* Intermediate English\n
\n* Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)\n
\n* DOT Inspector certification (preferred)\n
