\n CNC Programmer Job Duties:
• Program CNC mills and lathes using Fusion 360 and CAD/CAM software\n
\n • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T\n
\n • Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs to improve accuracy, efficiency, and part quality\n
\n • Work with machinists and production teams to support setup and machining needs\n
\n • Select appropriate cutting tools, holding fixtures, and machine accessories\n
\n • Troubleshoot programming, setup, and machining issues as needed\n
\n • Make program or machine adjustments when finished parts are not meeting quality standards\n
\n • Apply strong mechanical knowledge to support production and ensure specifications are met\n

\n CNC Programmer Requirements:
• Must have 5 years of CNC programming or machining experience\n
\n • Fusion 360 experience required\n
\n • CAD/CAM experience required\n
\n • Strong mechanical knowledge\n
\n • Ability to program and support CNC mills and lathes\n
\n • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T\n
\n • Ability to troubleshoot programming and machining issues\n
\n • Strong attention to detail and quality standards\n
\n • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic\n
