Bilingual Sales Associate - Home Improvement | $20/hr

We're hiring a Bilingual Sales Associate for a well-established home renovation and building materials company in Stockton, CA. If you have retail sales experience, enjoy helping customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

This is a customer-facing role where you'll assist customers with selecting products, answer questions, provide excellent service, and help drive sales.

Location: Stockton, CA

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Must be flexible with start times
• Occasional Saturdays as business needs require
  

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Recommend products and help customers find the right solutions
• Generate sales while delivering outstanding customer service
• Answer customer questions regarding products and services
• Process orders using company computer software
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom
• Work with team members to ensure customers have a great experience
  

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous retail sales experience required
• Home improvement, flooring, cabinetry, tile, stone, countertops, or building materials experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
