\n*Position Responsibilities*\n
\n
\nThe Litigation Attorney will manage cases from litigation through resolution, including:\n
\n
\n* Managing a significant personal injury caseload\n
\n
\n* Drafting persuasive law and motion to maximize case value\n
\n
\n* Handling all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and court appearances\n
\n
\n* Taking and defending depositions\n
\n
\n* Negotiating and finalizing settlements\n
\n
\n* Drafting and reviewing demands, complaints, discovery, and meet-and-confer correspondence\n
\n
\n* Communicating with clients regarding legal strategy, case progress, and treatment updates\n
\n
\n* Analyzing facts and evidence to establish liability and identify insurance coverage\n
\n
\n* Collaborating with team members to move cases efficiently toward resolution\n
\n
\n*Qualifications*\n
\n
\nThe ideal candidate will possess:\n
\n
\n* Active license and good standing with the California State Bar (Post-Bar candidates may be considered)\n
\n
\n* JD from an ABA-accredited law school\n
\n
\n* 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury or Employment litigation preferred\n
\n
\n* Strong law and motion experience\n
\n
\n* Experience handling cases through all phases of litigation\n
\n
\n* Familiarity with CasePeer or other legal case management software\n
\n
\n* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills\n
\n
\n* Ability to supervise staff and provide guidance where appropriate\n
\n
\n* Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus\n
\n
