Locations: Boise & Meridian, ID (Clinic & School-Based Split - In-Person)
Status: Full-Time
Pay Range: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour (Based on experience and leadership metrics)
Newer Clinicians / CFs: $35.00 - $38.00/hr
Mid-Level (A few years of experience): $38.00 - $40.00/hr
Senior (5-10 years of experience): $40.00 - $45.00/hr

The Role: Play-Centered Clinical PacingComprehensive Care: Conduct diagnostic speech, language, and social communication evaluations for individuals ages 0-21.
Dynamic Settings: Support a rewarding caseload split between advanced outpatient clinic buildings and community/school-based contracts.
Clinical Volume: Manage a steady pacing of 12 to 16 patient sessions per day, targetting approximately 30 to 34 billable hours per week.
Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate directly with on-site Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and ABA specialists to promote comprehensive child development.
Built-in Admin Breaks: Focus on quality treatments without taking work home-dedicated documentation blocks are built directly into your daily schedule.
Specialty Paths: Leverage and build advanced skills in specialized areas like Feeding Therapy (preferred but not required).
Clinic Operating Windows: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday - Thursday) and 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Friday).
Customizable Shifts: Highly flexible weekday configurations are available, including late starts or half-days.

Education: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active (or immediate eligibility to obtain) Idaho State SLP License.
Credentials: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are strongly encouraged to apply and will receive dedicated clinical mentorship.
Logistics: Because this role serves both clinic and school-based settings, the ability to commute locally is required.
