Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex projects from initiation through completion. This role maintains a tactical focus while managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and governance. The Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved and organizational goals are met.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of complex projects.
- Define project objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop cost-benefit analyses to support project planning and decision-making.
- Create, maintain, and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
- Manage project budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Establish and maintain project governance processes and standards.
- Communicate technical and business aspects of project initiatives to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to support successful project execution.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across departments and with key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or four (4) additional years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
- 4 years plus of experience managing complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, governance, and resource allocation.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to establish effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating internal and external resources.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum) is preferred.
- Experience using project management software and reporting/dashboard tools.
