Director of Programming - Youth Services | Indianapolis, IN | Direct Hire | $65K-$70K | Onsite

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a faith-based organization in Indianapolis to hire a Director of Programming. This direct hire, fully onsite leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about developing impactful youth programs and leading high-performing teams.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the planning and delivery of youth programs focused on education, enrichment, recreation, and leadership development
  • Oversee program staff and provide coaching, training, and day-to-day direction
  • Drive program quality through tracking participation, outcomes, and continuous improvements
  • Manage program budgets and ensure alignment with funding guidelines
  • Build relationships with families, schools, and community partners to expand program reach
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for youth and families
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience leading youth programs or community-based initiatives
  • Background in staff supervision and program coordination
  • Experience managing budgets or working within funded programs
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for working in a mission-driven, faith-based environment
