Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid certification or licensure for school-based psychological services
• Experience conducting evaluations, counseling, and behavioral interventions within educational settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Proven ability to interpret data and develop individualized educational and behavioral support plans
• Comfortable working in a diverse school setting and supporting students from various backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and write detailed psychological reports
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to recommend evidence-based interventions
• Support implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Section 504 Plans
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling services, and preventive mental health support
• Participate in eligibility meetings, student support teams, and parent conferences
• Consult with teachers and administrators to develop strategies that enhance classroom learning
• Maintain accurate, confidential records according to district and compliance standards
