Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Kentucky Special Education certification with Moderate/Severe Disabilities (MSD) credentials required.
• Demonstrated experience working with elementary students with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to inclusive and differentiated instruction.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to an elementary caseload of seven students.
• Develop, adapt, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Employ evidence-based interventions and behavioral strategies.
