This part-time contract opportunity allows you to make a direct impact while enjoying flexibility in your schedule. Our welcoming campus offers a collaborative environment, with the support of a dedicated SLPA on-site every day—and flexibility for you to choose which three days each week you work.

Skills and Experience Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active CCC-SLP certification
  • Prior experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads
  • Familiarity and comfort with teletherapy platforms and virtual support methods
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
  • Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus, but not required
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic evaluation and therapeutic intervention for students in PreK through 5th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support each student’s success
  • Utilize both in-person and virtual service delivery models as appropriate
  • Supervise and mentor an on-site SLPA as needed (assistance in this area is valued, but not mandatory)
  • Maintain thorough records and contribute actively to IEP meetings
