Skills and Experience Preferred:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active CCC-SLP certification
- Prior experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads
- Familiarity and comfort with teletherapy platforms and virtual support methods
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
- Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus, but not required
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic evaluation and therapeutic intervention for students in PreK through 5th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support each student’s success
- Utilize both in-person and virtual service delivery models as appropriate
- Supervise and mentor an on-site SLPA as needed (assistance in this area is valued, but not mandatory)
- Maintain thorough records and contribute actively to IEP meetings
