Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) for school-based practice
- Prior experience working with high school-aged students strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full-time SLP caseload, delivering services to high school students
- Conduct assessments and create individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct intervention in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
