Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
- Experience in school settings, pediatrics, or healthcare environments.
- Ability to work full-time, in person (remote/virtual not considered).
- Willingness to engage with SLPA staff if asked.
- Passion for working with school-aged children and collaborating within educational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with other professionals.
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in compliance with school standards.
- Consult with teachers and families to maximize student success.
- Accurately document progress and maintain records as required.
