Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience with K-12 students in a school environment beneficial
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Commitment to fostering growth, inclusion, and student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver individualized therapy services to K-12 students
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and IEPs
  • Provide support and education to teachers, staff, and families
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with all district and state requirements
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student development
