Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid School Psychologist license issued by the state
- Previous experience within a school environment strongly preferred
- Expertise in psychological assessment, counseling, and consultation
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Adaptability to manage responsibilities at multiple locations
- Organized, with attention to detail and flexibility for evolving caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for IEPs and student support planning
- Implement direct and indirect psychological services aligned with students’ needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student achievement
- Support crisis interventions and provide guidance for behavioral interventions as needed
- Contribute to the development of positive, inclusive school climates at each assigned site
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with school district and state requirements
