Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience as a paraprofessional, particularly in a school or classroom setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and collaborate effectively with teachers
• Adaptability and willingness to support a variety of student needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required
