What You’ll Need:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Current SLP license or eligibility to obtain in the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for student development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student learning
  • Conduct IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to determine eligibility and services
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices
