Transform the educational experience for students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist supporting school communities near Gettysburg, PA. These contract-based opportunities require committed, in-person professionals ready to make a profound impact from August 2026 through May 2027 (with a year-round option).

Three onsite SLP roles are available:

Role A:

  • Two positions serving K-12 students in the North Eastern region, working across two elementary schools with both regular education and autism support classrooms.
  • Standard full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; 35 hours/week), managing a caseload of 50-55 students and contributing to some case management responsibilities.

Role B:

  • One position focused on Early Intervention, based in the New Oxford/Gettysburg area. Work with a diverse group of preschoolers (ages 3-5) receiving Special Education services.
  • Enjoy dedicated, scheduled paperwork time and a year-round calendar with frequent school breaks for an ideal work-life balance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Pennsylvania SLP certification and teaching certification are required at the time of application.
  • Experience serving EI and K-12 populations, with skill in both direct therapy and case management.
  • SLP-CCC strongly desired; Clinical Fellows will be considered if supervision fees are covered by your agency.
  • SLPAs are not eligible for these roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct, onsite speech-language services tailored to student IEPs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate records, conduct assessments, and develop effective intervention plans.
  • Engage in regular communication with stakeholders while supporting student progress.
