Job Description
Make an immediate impact supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming school year. Multiple full-time opportunities are available across various grade levels, working on a contract basis in a school setting near Harvest, Alabama. This role spans the full academic year, with an ASAP start through May 28th, 2027. BCBA supervision is provided, and candidates should be ready for a dynamic assignment timeline as school needs may shift quickly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required (active or inactive—but not expired)
- Experience working with children or students in educational or behavioral settings preferred
- Adaptability and flexibility in daily assignments and work environments
- Commitment to a full-time schedule (35 hours per week); strictly no part-time availability
- Reliable attendance—punctuality to school hours is essential
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavioral intervention plans
- Provide direct support to students, collecting data and assisting with classroom management and individualized instruction
- Adapt techniques to meet the specific needs of students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Maintain accurate treatment records and comply with district policies
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure a positive, supportive learning environment
