Key Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred
- Effective communication skills, with a strong aptitude for collaboration and teamwork

- Ability to pass required background screenings
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers with classroom management and instructional activities
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support for students, helping reinforce lessons and encourage participation
- Support students with special needs, adapting instruction and activities as directed by teachers
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and organized classroom atmosphere
- Help with record-keeping, classroom preparation, and supervision of students throughout the school day
- Communicate effectively with educators and staff to ensure the best outcomes for students
