Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working in a school-based setting is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs using a variety of assessment tools
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to each student
  • Provide direct therapy services individually and in small groups
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support plans
  • Offer clear guidance and resources to teachers and parents
