\n In this Customer Account Specialist role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, helping coordinate repairs, communicate inspection findings, prepare quotes, and resolve customer concerns. \n Customer Account Specialist Duties:\n

\n o Serve as the primary point of contact for customers \n

\n o Investigate customer concerns, identify solutions, and coordinate resolutions\n

\n o Generate and submit repair quotes based on customer requirements and repair findings\n

\n o Communicate inspection findings and repair information to customers\n

\n o Process work orders, purchase orders, invoices, approvals, pricing, and delivery information within the ERP system\n

\n

\n Schedule:\n

\n o Day Shift\n

\n o Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.\n

\n
\n

\n Pay: $22..00 - $28.00 per hour\n

\n
\n

\n Customer Account Specialist Requirements:\n

\n o At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience\n

\n o High School Diploma or GED\n

\n o Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel for basic formulas and tables\n

\n o Strong written and verbal communication skills\n

\n
\n
