This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring equipment runs efficiently to minimize downtime.\n

\n Maintenance Technician Job Duties:\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
    \n
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
    • \n
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
    • \n
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to reduce production interruptions
    • \n
  • Inspect machinery and identify potential issues before failures occur
    • \n
  • Assist with installation, setup, and modification of equipment
    • \n
  • Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation
    • \n
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reliability
    • \n
\n
\n Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift\n
\n
\n Pay: $24-$40/hour\n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n Qualifications:\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
    \n
  • Previous experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field
    • \n
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical troubleshooting skills
    • \n
  • Familiarity with PLCs, motors, conveyors, and production equipment (preferred)
    • \n
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
    • \n
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
    • \n
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • \n
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or shifts if needed
    • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • \n
  • Stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods
    • \n
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
    • \n
