Integra Staffing is hiring a Make-Ready Technician (Apartment Community).This role focused on preparing vacant units for move-in by completing unit turns/make-readies, punch work, and light repairs. This position is a great fit for someone with prior apartment make-ready, remodel, construction, or painting experience who takes pride in quality and speed. Pay: $19–$20/hr. (Once hired, pay is negotiated) Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm
