Senior Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment is partnering with a growing real estate company in Scottsdale that is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership and ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly. This position will begin as a contract opportunity with the potential for future growth. This role is fully onsite, and is paying up to $32/hr DOE.

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a growing real estate company in Scottsdale that is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership and ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly. This position will begin as a contract opportunity with the potential for future growth. This role is fully onsite, and is paying up to $32/hr DOE.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and department leaders
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reporting
- Maintain confidential files, contracts, and company records with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with real estate transaction documentation and administrative processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments, clients, vendors, and business partners
- Coordinate office operations, supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs
- Track project deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
- Assist with special projects, process improvements, and executive initiatives
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and maintain accurate databases
- Support company events, meetings, and client presentations
- 2+ years of senior administrative or executive administrative experience
- Previous experience supporting executives in a fast-paced business environment
- Real estate, commercial real estate, property management, or construction industry experience is highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
- Self-starter who can anticipate needs and work independently
