\nResponsibilities
\nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. \n
- Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies. \n
- Supervise Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients) and assist with setup and cleanup. \n
- Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges. \n
- Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting). \n
- Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols. \n
- Participate in clinic research studies. \n
- Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework. \n
Qualifications
\nWhat We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant. \n
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain). \n
