\nThe Program Manager will:
\n- \n
- Monitor customer programs from order through final delivery, ensuring milestones, quality, schedule, and customer commitments are achieved \n
- Serve as the primary customer interface for technical, operational, and strategic matters related to the product delivery, planning, and scheduling \n
- Lead cross-functional coordination with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics, sales and customer service to execute program objectives \n
- Develop and implement programs, plans, processes, and operational standards that align with business objectives and customer requirements \n
- Translate customer need into clear business, technical, operational, and service requirements for internal execution \n
- Monitor program schedules, identify risks, drive issue resolution, and proactively communicate status, priorities, and mitigation plans for stakeholders \n
- Manage customer expectations by providing regular program updates, executive-level reports, and timely escalation of critical issues \n
- \n
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to evaluate program performance, delivery, quality, and operational efficiency
\nQualifications:
\n - Strong program management experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or a related high-technology environment \n
- Proven ability to manage customer-facing programs with exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills \n
- Excellent collaboration, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills \n
- Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics and dat to drive business decisions and process improvements \n
- Solid understanding of Copy Exact violation procedures and advanced knowledge of the company’s policies, practices and procedures with the ability to work within parameters \n
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and build trusted partnerships \n
- Ability to analyze and work cross-functionally on continuous improvement to reach goals \n
- Knowledge of MRP, Oracle (Oracle Cloud, preferred) and Agile systems \n
- Solid MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills \n

- Desired Education, Certifications and Experience \n
- 5+ years customer program management, customer service or related work experience, \n
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, or any combination of education and relevant experience \n

- Physical Requirements \n
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. \n
- Work areas may include exposure to dust, noise and other manufacturing conditions
\n \n - For candidates in CA: The pay range for this position is $78,900 - 134,100, exempt, per year. \n
- Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
