Material Handler Loader

Job Title: Material Handler (No Forklift Required)

Location: South Bay / Harbor Area, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | All Shifts Available (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift)

Pay: Competitive hourly pay (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Material Handlers to join our warehouse team in the South Bay/Harbor Area. This position involves manually moving, sorting, and preparing products for shipping and receiving in a fast-paced logistics environment. No forklift experience or certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cartons, boxes, and other materials manually.
• Sort, organize, and stage products for shipping and receiving.
• Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately.
• Palletize and wrap shipments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
