About the Opportunity

We're seeking motivated, hands-on individuals interested in building a career in electronics repair and diagnostics. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in manufacturing, electronics, technical troubleshooting, or related fields who are eager to develop their skills in a high-tech production environment.

This role requires standing and moving throughout the shift, working directly with electronic circuit board assemblies, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to diagnose and repair electronic components.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair electronic circuit board assemblies down to the component level.
• Troubleshoot issues including opens, shorts, and boundary scan failures.
• Utilize electronic test and measurement equipment to identify and resolve defects.
• Read and interpret technical documentation, including:
• • Schematics
  • Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Visual work instructions
  • Testing and debug procedures
• Support Test Engineering teams with data collection and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department quality and yield goals.
• Follow all production requirements, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Maintain compliance with company security and quality policies.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, electronics, testing, repair, or a related technical environment.
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving around for most of the workday.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
