Insight Global is partnering with the nation's leading Data Center General Contractor to hire Assistant Superintendents & Superintendents for large-scale hyperscale data center projects across the United States. This is a unique opportunity for construction professionals who have experience supporting complex industrial, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects and are looking to transition into the rapidly growing data center industry.

Location: Manassas, VA | Sterling, VA | Berwick, PA (Candidates do not need to be local)
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire (W2 + Benefits)
Compensation & Benefits:

  • $45–$65/hour
  • 1.5x overtime after 40 hours worked
  • Typical schedule: 55–60 hours/week
  • Full benefits package available
  • Travel per diem: $178/day (7 days/week) for eligible travelers

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day field operations on large construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors and multiple construction trades
  • Assist with project scheduling and workflow planning
  • Promote and enforce company safety standards and OSHA requirements
  • Monitor construction quality and project progress
  • Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and trade partners
  • Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project schedules

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of construction experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, or mission-critical projects
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods
  • Knowledge of scheduling, safety, and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
