Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care as a PRN Pharmacist within a dynamic Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and 340B pharmacy setting. This per diem position offers structured hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm with a lunch break from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, specifically for the week of October 5-9. Utilize your pharmaceutical expertise and contribute to enhancing patient outcomes in this community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispense medications and prescription orders accurately for patient collection or delivery.
  • Oversee ordering and management of pharmacy equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain strict control of inventory, including storage and handling of prescription drugs and controlled substances.
  • Verify prescription details in collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor product displays, shelves, and overall pharmacy presentation.
  • Address customer requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Keep detailed records of inventory, patient data, and insurance claims.
  • Provide telepharmacy support to extend pharmacy services.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to support staff needs and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with state and federal laws.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Indiana Pharmacist license (verified)
  • Immunization certification
  • Resume, skills checklist, and professional references
  • Proficiency in Liberty RX software preferred
  • Spanish language skills are a strong advantage
