Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Shelton, WA

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Washington State ESA certification required
• Experience with pediatric populations, especially ages 3-5
• Knowledge of teletherapy platforms (a plus)
• Strong evaluation, assessment, and individualized intervention skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative SLP services to preschool and kindergarten-aged students
• Conduct comprehensive child find evaluations and report findings
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation on services and progress
• Serve as an advocate for student communication needs
