Job Description
A fulfilling contract opportunity is now available for a credentialed School Psychologist at a thriving high school setting. This full-time position requires an experienced professional who can effectively provide onsite services over the course of the academic year, from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027. You’ll be making a meaningful impact by supporting students within an urban district that values dedicated, in-person service.
Key Qualifications:
- Active, valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Pennsylvania
- Demonstrated previous experience working within a school environment
- Skilled in student evaluations and assessments
- Able to complete all required PA state clearances prior to start
- Reliable personal transportation for daily onsite attendance
- Background or comfort working in urban settings strongly preferred
- Willingness to strictly adhere to the following schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:15AM – 2:45PM, with no exceptions or schedule accommodations
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for high school students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state policies
- Develop and implement intervention plans based on student needs
- Participate in team meetings and provide consultative support to staff as needed
Additional Details:
- Full-time, 35-hour workweek with one opening available
- Onsite, in-person attendance required for all five weekdays
