School Psychologist in Spring, TX

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid license or certification as a school psychologist in Texas
• Previous experience working as a school psychologist, particularly in a school or educational setting
• Strong evaluation and report-writing skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60-80 students, performing 8-10 evaluations monthly
• Proficient in counseling, behavioral interventions, and recommending accommodations
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across 2-3 sites with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organization skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
• Develop and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to create supportive learning environments
• Deliver counseling and intervention services to students as needed
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of evaluations and reports
• Serve as a resource to school staff regarding student behavior, classroom management, and crisis intervention
• Travel between assigned school sites and manage schedules efficiently
