What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in the state of Ohio or eligibility to quickly obtain one
• Experience providing services in school-based, teletherapy, home health, or healthcare settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with documentation, IEPs, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Flexibility to adapt approaches to student needs and changing schedules
• Self-motivated, compassionate, and dedicated to positive outcomes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans
• Deliver Occupational Therapy services individually, in groups, or via virtual platforms
• Collaborate actively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and documentation as required
• Monitor and record student outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed
• Educate school personnel and families on best practices for student growth
• Maintain accurate records and comply with professional standards
