We are seeking an experienced Appellate Attorney (3+ years) to join the Personal Injury & Mass Torts practice. This opportunity offers complex appellate matters, collaboration with seasoned litigators, exposure to multiple injury categories, and strong professional growth potential.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and argue appellate briefs, pleadings, motions, and related filings.

  • Handle appeals arising from personal injury and mass tort litigation matters.

  • Track and analyze evolving case law, statutes, and legal developments.

  • Provide appellate strategy and legal guidance to attorneys and internal teams.

  • Support case outcomes through persuasive legal writing, advocacy, and settlement-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of appellate practice experience.

  • Experience handling appeals in personal injury litigation.

  • Strong legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills.

  • Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple matters effectively.

  • Active state bar admission required.
