Exciting Opportunity for Oncology RNs

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for experienced RNs with over 2 years of acute care experience. New graduate RNs can receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus. This bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Compensation: Earn between $432.00 and $589.92 gross per 12-hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime will be compensated according to applicable laws).

Shift Details: 12-hour shifts available, including days, nights, and mid shifts.

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will ensure safe, patient-centered care within the Oncology/Infusion Center, providing direct patient care in line with clinical standards and scope of practice. Responsibilities include:

  • Administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and infusion treatments to adult oncology patients with diagnosed malignancies.
  • Delivering direct care to patients in an infusion setting.
  • Ensuring compliance with oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols.
  • Communicating clinical changes, lab results, and diagnostic findings to physicians.
  • Collaborating with the oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid state RN License.
  • Oncology Nursing Certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Compensation and Employment Details
