Job: Repair Technician Supervisor
Location: Kent, OH

Salary: $70,000-100,000 (Based on Experience)
Adecco is recruiting for a Repair Technician Supervisor for a company in Kent, Ohio. This role is approximately 40% supervision and 60% hands-on technical work, making it ideal for a leader who likes to stay actively involved on the shop floor.
What You'll Do:
• Supervise and support a team of repair technicians in a busy industrial shop environment
• Manage shop schedules, project priorities, and workflow to ensure on-time completion
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild industrial machinery and equipment
• Coach, train, and develop team members, including onboarding and performance reviews
• Enforce safety procedures and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Monitor inventory, equipment, tooling, shipping, and receiving activities
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Office teams to support project timelines and customer expectations
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing, maintenance, or repair environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and water systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or GED required
