Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to support documentation control, project workflows, and system administration across active construction projects for a top client. This role plays a key part in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency-particularly within data center environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage document control processes including RFIs, submittals, and transmittals, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely distribution
  • Set up and maintain project systems, including user permissions and workflows within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Procore
  • Track document deadlines, generate status reports, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met
  • Maintain organized project records and ensure compliance with company standards, security protocols, and data center documentation requirements
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of project administration experience, preferably within construction or mission-critical/data center environments
  • Hands-on experience with Procore (required) and familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/document control systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Hourly: $35/hr. - $38/hr

Location: Irving, TX - Hybrid (4 days onsite/ 1 remote)

Contract to Hire - contract through end of 2026 - possible convert to full time/permenant
