Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid CA Speech Language Pathology License required
- ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- Background in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings highly valued
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Experience working with diverse student populations and collaborating with educators and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary and middle school students, adapting approaches to meet individual needs
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress using evidence-based practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute insights for IEP development
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and district requirements
