Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Indiana
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based speech therapy
  • Familiarity with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery models
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience supervising or collaborating with SLPAs is a plus, though not required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in grades PreK through 5th
  • Provide both in-person and teletherapy support, adapting to student needs
  • Address speech, language, and communication disorders and develop tailored therapy plans
  • Collaborate with on-site SLPA and other multidisciplinary team members
  • Maintain thorough and efficient documentation of sessions and student progress
  • Consult and communicate with educators and families as needed to support student development
  • Play a supportive role in supervision for the building SLPA (encouraged, but not mandatory)
