Key qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license in Washington State required
- Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and student teams
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing assessment, consultation, and direct therapy to students with a range of needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to student IEPs
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to address functional participation in school routines
- Maintaining compliant documentation and participating in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Offering recommendations for equipment, resources, strategies, and environmental adaptations
Pay is competitive and based on your professional experience, with weekly direct deposit.
