Key qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in Washington State required
• Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and student teams

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing assessment, consultation, and direct therapy to students with a range of needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to student IEPs
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to address functional participation in school routines
• Maintaining compliant documentation and participating in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Offering recommendations for equipment, resources, strategies, and environmental adaptations

Pay is competitive and based on your professional experience, with weekly direct deposit.
