Occupational Therapist School Setting - Acworth, GA

This is a maternity leave coverage position, based in the Acworth, GA area and spanning from November 2nd through January 29th, with a possible extension through February 26th.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required (Georgia preferred)
• Previous school-based OT experience highly preferred
• Flexibility to travel between Clear Creek Elementary School (Cartersville, GA) and Pine Log Elementary School (Rydal, GA)
• Commitment to a full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group OT services to a diverse caseload of elementary school students, as well as one private school student
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress appropriately
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to ensure optimal support for students
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing team discussions
