Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license with dual certification in Early Childhood Special Education and Elementary Special Education (EC SpEd & ES SpEd)
- Experience working with students across early childhood and elementary age groups
- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and adaptability
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student needs
