Occupational Therapist School Setting in Bristol, CT

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Connecticut
• Experience working in school-based OT settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and adaptability when traveling between multiple school locations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administration, and parents
• Demonstrated skill in assessment, intervention planning, and delivery for students with a range of needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students across a district-wide caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and document progress
• Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom participation and student success
• Travel between locations as needed within the school district
• Deliver engaging and measurable interventions to help students access their learning environments
