Top Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3–10 years of leadership experience, including managing teams of 20+ employees
  • At least 3 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, or a related operational environment
  • Experience working with manufacturing and warehouse systems such as ERP, MRP, MPS, or WMS platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives and implementing operational best practices
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Plusses:

  • Experience with System21 ERP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems
  • Knowledge of three-tier distribution models
  • Involvement with professional organizations such as CSCMP or ISM
  • Experience in the alcohol beverage industry, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or a similar manufacturing/distribution environment

Daily Responsibilities:

Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will oversee warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to ensure products are accurately received, stored, and shipped on time. This role is responsible for managing incoming inventory, maintaining accurate ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) records, and overseeing inventory control across on-site, off-site, and Customs bonded warehouses. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead warehouse technicians and shipping/receiving teams to achieve daily operational goals while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and inventory procedures. This individual will coordinate export, military, and refund stock orders, partner with internal teams and freight forwarders to schedule shipments, and proactively resolve shipping exceptions. Additional responsibilities include driving process improvements, developing SOPs and logistics best practices, analyzing inventory needs, processing breakage claims, and fostering a high-performing team environment through employee coaching, training, safety initiatives, and professional development.
